If you do not collect your order: Your order will be available in-store for 10 days. If not collected, it will be sent back and your original method of payment will be refunded (except personalized and Mon Monogram and Mon Damier Graphite items)

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Visit your account: Register your return online by connecting to your account & receive a pre-paid shipping label by email within 24 hours
- Prepare your package: Place your item in its original packaging and with the original receipt
- Put the shipping label on your package: Cover old address labels with the new pre-paid label received by email and securely seal your package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the box
